Hang on to your hats, folks. The diary posts get a little more exciting after school starts.
On the personal front: it’s still snowing here; we’re in rehearsals for our youth production; and my grandmother’s been in the hospital in St. Louis. I’m so ready for Spring that it hurts, and unfortunately, Spring doesn’t happen around here until May. So for my own small amount of joy, here’s a picture of one of our flower beds in Tennessee, which I’m sure our renters have found a way to kill, just like our houseplants:
